"Account Opener" Overview:
After being introduced to the Si travel premiums by one of our distributors in Indianapolis, Old National Bank determined that the highly proven Vacation of a Lifetime 3 day/2 night promotional travel premium would be utilized as a new account opener.
During the fourth quarter of 2005 Old National offered new account holders the Vacation of a Lifetime program, consisting of destination guidebook and branded activation certificate, with a qualifying new deposit. The marketing campaign consisted of counter cards, direct mail, and word of mouth advertising. The response exceeded all expectations, and Old National Bank remarked that the promotion was probably the most efficient and seamless campaign that they had ever done.
Old National has contacted the distributor to develop another travel-based incentive program for the spring of 2006.
