The San Antonio Toyota Dealers required a unique incentive program to increase service appointments at four area dealerships. --S1 recommended a multi-destination Incentive that could be awarded to buyers depending on services purchased. A beautiful full color tri-fold flyer was created containing the program details along with a calendar of community events.
The Flyer was mailed to a quantified market segment in the surrounding area as well as previous new and pre-owned vehicle buyers. All four Toyota dealers also used the flyer as a counter top point of purchase piece to close new sales.
The campaign was the most successful direct mail program in 7 years for the San Antonio Toyota Group and resulted in increased service department sales. Plans are being made to implement similar E- SI programs every 18 months.
