The following are the standard terms & conditions and may vary depending on the package that you choose to build. Terms for your package will be provided with your purchased certificates.

1. Lodging: This Executive Travel Reward certificate entitles the recipient two nights of accommodations in a standard hotel room at one of the locations described, subject to availability and certain restrictions listed. You must use the nights consecutively. Accommodations are for two adults 21 years of age or older and up to two children under 12. Due to the nature of the program, locations may be added and deleted at any time. No pets. This certificate is non transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.


2. Activation/Reservations: The issue date must be filled in by the company you received the certificate from on the day you receive it. You must activate your certificate within 45 days of the issue date. You have one year from the activation to complete travel. Reservation requests may be made at the same time as, or after, activation. All reservation requests require 30 days advance notice and are subject to availability. Travelers may check-in any day during the week or weekend. Holidays or date requests given under 30 days advance notice are $25 extra per night per person. A Reservation Confirmation Letter will be mailed to you within 72 hours of your request being confirmed. Please allow for mail time. Do not travel before receiving written confirmation. Any change or cancellations in reservations must be in writing and will be assessed a fee. Please do not contact the hotel or resort directly. You must notify your Executive Rewards travel coordinator in writing for any changes or cancellations. YOUR RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LETTER AND IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.


3. Incidental Charges: This certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, room taxes, meals, and any other miscellaneous expenses. Upon check-in, hotels will require an imprint of a major credit card to cover such expenses.


4. Cancellations: Written notice of cancellation or changes to active reservation must be received at least 8 days prior to your arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 8 days prior to arrival or simply not showing will result in forfeiture of your certificate and deposit.


5. Usage Limitations: You may not use this certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program by Executive Tour and Travel unless authorized in writing. Only one certificate per household, per year may be used. This certificate cannot be used at the same time as a friend or family member traveling to the same destination.


6. Liability Limitation: Executive Tour & Travel will arrange hotel accommodations acting only as an agent for hotels, and will not assume any responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury or damage to persons, property or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided.


7. State Disclosures: This offer is not valid where restricted or prohibited by law. You may cancel this contract (this certificate) without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of this certificate, whichever later. You may also cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in the contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify Executive Tour and Travel in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to: Executive Rewards, 301 Indigo Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. No purchaser should rely on the representation other than those included in this contract. This contract is for the purchase of this certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933 Florida Statues. Executive Tour and Travel is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. No. CA# ST2065118-40 and FL# ST22752.


8. Executive Tour & Travel Services assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation (including Terms and Conditions) made in conjunction with this gift certificate by any person, agent, entity, or distributor other than those in writing contained in this gift certificate as set out herein and this is the entire agreement and cannot be modified except by written document signed by Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc. This certificate has no cash value and may not be resold.
